Stuart Ganslaw and Ronald Lilly, have 60 years of combined experience at both entrepreneurial and large manufacturing companies. Their backgrounds span major markets such as aerospace, automotive, construction, electronics graphic arts, industrial, medical and sports. They understand the unique needs of manufacturing companies and deliver tailored, responsive solutions.

Stu
earned his master's degree in polymer chemistry and has held
technical management roles in the adhesive and coatings industry.
In 1982 he cofounded Coating Sciences, a manufacturer of specialty
adhesive films and tapes. By 1995, this start-up had grown to
$25 million in sales, with a compounded growth rate of 20% and
operating income of 15%. In 1994, Coating Sciences completed
an $11 million expansion into a new site and was acquired by
Scapa Group plc the following year. He became President and
General Manager of Scapa's North American division in 1997.
Stu completed four strategic acquisitions and by 2001, Scapa
North America had sales of $120 million, while maintaining double
digit operating income. In 2000, he also became Global Director
of Scapa's medical business. During a three-year period, the
medical division acquired three companies and grew five fold
to $30 million in annual sales.

Ron
earned a master's degree in business and has held key management
positions in sales, business development and marketing. During
his 18-year career with Loctite Corporation, he guided the development
of new products and businesses in the medical, electronics,
automotive and industrial markets. Ron also acquired P&L experience
as General Manager of new technology ventures. After joining
Coating Sciences as Vice President of Marketing in 1994, Ron
integrated products and acquisitions into a growing North American
business. He became Vice President of the North American Automotive
business in 2000 achieving 21% growth. Ron has also served as
a member of Scapa North America's Board of Directors.
